- Assistance to the accused person before the court, in the preliminary investigation phase, before the “Giudice di Pace”, the Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Cassation;
- Legal assistance during the execution of the sentence: drafting of requests addressed to the Judge, protection of the prisoner, request for alternative measures to detention, assistance before the Judge and the competent Supervisory Court;
- Criminal defence of the minor, suspected or accused, before the Juvenile Court

- Legal assistance to the offended person; drafting of complaints and lawsuits, assistance before the court;
- Protection of women victims of mistreatment, stalking, sexual violence, assistance and representation in court, including through access to Free Legal Aid, guaranteed by law no. 119/2013 regardless of income.

WOMEN PROTECTION
The protection of women, whether within the family or not, has always been a priority for the lawyer Alessandra Beltramo, who works in civil and criminal matters to prevent or repress any act which is harmful to female dignity.
